Our aims are to:

Recognise the uniqueness of each member of our school and to provide an education that fully develops their gifts and talents.

Be a living Christian Community reflecting the love of Jesus in all that we do.

Work in partnership with parents, carers, the parish and the wider community in order to achieve the above.

What our Mission Statement means for our children

This is my school where I learn to be like Jesus.

I am going to be kind to everyone and treat others as I want them to treat me.

Teachers will set me work that I can do and help me when I am stuck.

I will learn about interesting and exciting things.

I will do a lot of practical work, and carry out investigations. Sometimes I will learn through playing.

I will be taken on visits and visitors will come into school to help me learn.

I will spend time learning how to read, write, spell, speak and do mathematics.

I will learn about important and famous people.

I will find out about the different places in the world. I will have lots of time to paint and draw and to read and write poetry.

I will have time to listen to stories, to dance, to sing, to play musical instruments and to perform.

I will work hard and do my best.

I will be treated fairly and I will listen carefully and be listened to.

I will be given important things to do and I will be rewarded when I do good things.

My parents/guardians will help me and they will talk to my teachers.

I will do all I can to make this school a friendly, bright, lively, happy and safe place.

I will behave well and enjoy school.
